No challenge is too big for this community

By adopting, fostering, donating, volunteering, and promoting responsible pet ownership, you can continue to make a positive impact on our DCHS mission: to ensure that no matter the odds, every Dunn County animal will have the chance at a loving home.

We hope you’ll join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of pets & neighbors in our community.

Become a DCHS Volunteer

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of shelter animals?

At DCHS, we rely on compassionate volunteers like you to help fulfill our mission and guarantee a better life for Dunn County pets. Volunteers play a vital role in providing companionship and enrichment for our animals, whether it's playing fetch with a dog, engaging in interactive play with a cat, or simply offering a comforting presence.
